Clive Powell

For 24 years I have been working with people to help them create positive changes, experienced in the commercial world, managing, mentoring teams and individuals and as a counsellor and educator. My services are bought in by the NHS, Forensic Psychology Speciality and I also have a private practice.
I am an accredited counsellor and an accredited life coach, a licensed trainer and advanced practitioner of Energy Psychology and supportive therapies. I specialise in the following:
• Personal development and performance issues whether with individuals or with small to medium businesses who are encouraging their staff to develop themselves.
• Anger and aggression reduction, both individuals and group programme.
• Relationship issues with couples and individuals.
• Addictions and Stress Management.
• Clinical supervision for therapists and coaches.
• Business development / training.
I approach all the client work from a belief that any individual has the potential to grow and develop from where ever they find themselves. My role in the partnership is to provide the theoretical knowledge and relevant skill base, The client is the expert on themselves and together we combine to make and effective team to build new skills, identify and challenge issues and to rebuild for success.
